Who is collecting your data
Julie (trading as Beauty with Ju) is the data controller for any information you submit via this website. You can reach me directly at Julie@beautywithju.co.uk.

What I collect
Only the information you choose to give me through the enquiry form: your name, email address, brand or company, and any project details you write into the message field. I do not run analytics scripts that track you across the web, and I do not place advertising or social-media tracking cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie used to keep me logged into the admin area — visitors don't see it.

Why I collect it and how long I keep it
Your contact details are used solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project. I keep enquiries for up to 24 months so I can refer back to past conversations if you write again. After that, completed enquiries are deleted. I never sell, rent, or share your details with third parties — there's nobody else in this loop.

Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask me at any time to (a) tell you what data I hold about you, (b) correct anything that's wrong, (c) delete it entirely, or (d) export it. Just email Julie@beautywithju.co.uk with the word 'data' in the subject and I'll action it within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how I handle a request you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
